Unauthorised debicheck

I am beyond ****ed off. I use capitec as my banking partner and now there is an unauthorised debicheck going off on my account . I called into capitec to find out why did this debit order go off in the first place, they stated that I needed to go to the police station and get an affidavit cause I approved something years ago with planet Fitness.I really dont have the time of day to go to the police station to get an affidavit to prove that I did not approve this . A debicheck gets approved just before it happens not 3 years ago . As my banker they should be investigating further . I did not approve this debicheck ! I do not attend planet Fitness and after years you are telling me that I approved it years ago . Really. This is ridiculous and its *****!. I will no longer be using capitec as a result of this action and will be taking legal action against them should this not be resolved . This means that just anyone can access and debicheck my account without my approval!
