UNAUTHORISED CREDIT ENQUIRY ON MY REPORT

I just pulled out a copy of my credit report from Compuscan and I see there is a hard enquiry on my report by Capitec Bank. I never app**** for any loan whatsoever from Capitec. Who did this enquiry as I did not authorise it? Please remove it Capitec!
