Unauthorised Capitec withdrawal

On the 10th of July 2018 I went to a capitec bank thorntree shoping complex in block xx Soshanguve to do 2 revesals then i took a taxi to town as i was going to Brooklyn mall for my doctors appointment, while in a taxi to Brooklyn i got a massage on my phone at 12:07 to say R700 withdrawal at beatrix street and i was at Prinsloo

I immidietly got off the taxi and when i checked my purse was gone, i then went to the nearest Capitec bank which was on Vermeelen street got there waited a while then reported my issue and all the did was blame me instead after they gave me a new card

From the bank i went to Central Police station to open a case of *****. now a week later today on the 20th July 2018 I get a call from Capitec bank number ********** 199 at 08:52 telling me that they wont pay my money as the person used my pin and my card but when i ask for the footage they tell me that the police are the only peole that can assist with that

my point here is they havent shown me the footage for me to see if i know the person but already the have concluded to say they wont pay.
