Unauthorised and Unknown Online Purchase by Mr D On My Account

Thank you, Capitec complaints department. I received a call the same day of my review and on the next day my money was paid back. I was told they will investigate with Mr D and then I will be given a feedback then it will be up to me if I decide to open a case of ********** if proven indeed it was an unknown transaction. I am looking forward to their investigation outcomes as I am 100 % sure I have no knowledge whatsoever of the transaction.
