Unattended Refund Query

I was hijacked last year 25 August 2024, at gunpoint was cohest and made to transfer funds upto the amount of R16000 from my credit card and from savings account total of R22000 . Your branches have not being helpful at all and I have case number as proof , and willing to provide any information that will be required to solve the case and get refunded all the fund .
