Unathotized debit ordedrs

They have taken a debit order from my account on a day that was not authorised and i am being charged R420 for unpaid debit orders by my bank. I have spoken to the complaints department and i have sent a copy of my bank statement, however i still do not have a response after a few hours.<br> <br> Please can someone get back to me ASAP with regards to this as i find this service unacceptable!
