unaptated system

I am so sad.ive had a multi loan with capitec,I was not aware that this actually affects my credit record.capitec does not remove the multi loans that I have already paid on ITC.as we speak my credit record shows that I have 5 loans with capitec.and i have already settled all my multi loans.but on ITC it shows active and not closed.this has been an incoveniene as I cant even qualify for a clothing account cos the system shows I have 5 loans,can this be removed from my record please.I have already paid you.thank you.
