Unapproved Debi check
An unapproved Debi check is listed on my app. I did not receive any notifications, I did not receive an Capitec pop up to approve any Debi checks for this said company. Why is it listed? This is *********, does this mean any company can just come and setup a Debi check with Capitec?
Where's your security protocols? This is an extremely dangerous act

23 Sept 2022, 06:326 days later and still nothing. I got a call few days ago saying that they will investigate the issue and rest assured that the debit will not go off.
The debit order that I did not approve went off of my account. I am actually afraid right now, you clearly have no security protocols and anyone can just latch onto my debit orders. You are a bank for christ sake, my money should be secure with with Capitec
