Unapproved “approved” debicheck

I am only rating one star because there is no 0 star. I noticed an approved debicheck from Bryte insurance which I have no idea what is for and at no point did I authorised or approve the said debicheck. What makes things worse is an “authorised” debicheck cannot be reversed. If the funds leave your account the bank will not reverse it. After the issue with their credit card now this happens, I will be closing my account and switching to another bank
