Unacceptable

On Friday afternoon I went to Capitec Bank in the East Rand Mall. My son had a 500ml coke with him, and as I pushed him in the trolley he accidently spilled some of it on the floor. He is two years old, but I still felt bad and immediately said I am sorry. I am almost 8 months pregnant, and the next thing this lady with the name Khosi, a manager of some kind I think, brings me a mop to clean the mess myself??? I mean really everybody in the bank was looking at this spectacle ! Even after saying to her how I think this is bad, she did not apologize and ignored me profoundly. How humiliating. I want to switch banks now,
