Unacceptable

I can safely say I know how prison feels like without ever setting foot inside a cell, for the past 5 days I am struggling to make a deposit to my loan with Capitec yet they increase it with no hesitation, could it be that I make payments in advance therefore I am not suppose to finish if off before the term agreement and if so why is it so bad that I am trying to gain financially freedom??? this is discouraging and starting to regret moving banks...
