Unacceptable
My husband bought a R29 Cell C whatsapp bundle yesterday and we checked now this morning and its not yet available, this happens now and again with Capitec, I shouldn't have to even write a Hello Peter complaint, I expect when the transaction is finalised then the airtime/bundle should immediately be available. This is totally unacceptable as today my husband once again is without communication.
