I have been unemployed since 07 November and made an arrangement with Mandla from collections to pay R700 on my loan account I was not aware that the arrangement was only valid for one month on the 1st of March my brother paid money into my account for our bond and rates and Capital bank took the money leaving my bond in arrears and now having the bank threatening to auction my house I called collections and spoke to Safiya who also spoke to her team leader Takalani and asked them to reverse the payment they advised that they cannot I have started working again and have a new arrangement for April and May and need they money taken that was deposited for my bond and rates to be reversed as the money does not belong to me it was paid in by my brother who is the main member on the bond in order for me to make a payment on the bond also my collection date is the 25th so I don't understand why money paid in the first of March was taken when my arrangements was deducted the 25th of February and my next deduction date is the 25th of March I need that money reversed so that it can be paid towards the bond as I am being threatened with a auction I really don't think this is fair it was not my salary that was paid in even the money towards my rates and taxes was deducted I stated my case to Safiya who escalated it to her team leader I even asked to speak to the team leader but wasn't allowed to please get back to me regarding the above
