Unable to swipe CAPITEC cards at Spar stores
<p>I dont know whose fault it is but it is absolutely pathetic and frustrating that i cant swipe my card at ANY spar store. Now spar blames caputec and vice versa. Whose fault is it !!!!!!</p>
