unable to provide paid up letters

My experience with Capitec Bank has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The service delivery is consistently poor, with unprofessional staff who are unwilling to assist effectively. Even when the branch manager is present, there's a complete lack of engagement with clients, which shows a disregard for customer concerns.

Dealing with Capitec feels like making a deal you can't escape from. Their customer service is virtually non-existent, and trying to get assistance from their head office feels like playing a lottery with no guaranteed outcome.

What's worse, Capitec imposes their own opinions on decisions regarding my financial well-being, rather than providing genuine assistance. They seem more focused on trapping customers into credit commitments than ensuring customer satisfaction.

To add to the frustration, it takes a staggering 5 working days to receive any paid-up letters from them. This delay undermines my confidence that they will fulfill even basic administrative tasks promptly and efficiently.

Their poorly thought-out slogan of "Simplifying Banking" feels like a cruel irony, given the complexity and inefficiency I've experienced with their services.

Moreover, giving them a 1-star rating feels like an insult to clients and reviewers alike, reflecting the depths of dissatisfaction and disappointment felt by customers dealing with Capitec.

Overall, my experience with Capitec has been deeply disheartening, highlighting their disregard for customer needs and satisfaction.
