Unable to move Debit Order date!
I am unable to move my weekly debit orders to Monthly on my account. Called the call centre and was met with, "It is impossible, we cannot do that". Really? We are traveling to outer space in 2021, and Capitec is still caught in the stone age, unable to change a debit order date. This is beyond tragic customer service.
