unable to get my invested money recieving all sto

I have an account with capitac early March i made a notice on my fixed account and they told me i will get it in 12days and they told me the casheir who help me did not make it and the manger promised that i will receive it in12days again and now they told me it went to the wrong account and they told me i will recieve the on the 25when that wrong person has recieve a salary 25th has passed ,i went to Secunda branch and they told me the notice was done and the money was drawn..and they reffered me to customer care
