Unable to get any assistance with a suspicious transaction.

I suspect some irregularity on a transaction from Capitec. Now I am trying to get some information and assistance from Capitec. After being transfered for the fith time, I decided to bail out. This is really scary as I would expect that matters lk this should be treated accurately and promptly. My perception now is that Capitect is not really interrested.
