Unable to add Capitec Bank to Apple Pay

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the never ending difficulties I am going through while attempting to add my Capitec Bank Card to my Apple Wallet. Despite multiple attempts and visits to your branch, I have been unable to successfully generate a token, and I urgently require your assistance to resolve this matter.

When I initially attempted to add my card through the Apple Wallet, I encountered an error message instructing me that a token could not be generated and should try adding the card later. I had tried adding my card multiple times and facing the same issue each time which led me to contacting Capitec Bank Customer Services, that unfortunately could not assist me and directed me back to my banking app. This cycle of redirection has left me feeling helpless and unsupported.

Despite visiting my local branch on five separate occasions, the issue remains unresolved. Branch staff were unable to provide a solution, and despite their efforts, the problem persisted. Additionally, updating my software as suggested did not alleviate the issue, indicating a deeper problem that requires attention.

I have been given a run around by Apple claiming it a banking issue and Capitec claiming it is an Apple issue. I have exhausted all options and writing here is my final attempt at receiving help.

The inability to add my Capitec Bank Card to my Apple Pay has been incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. As an Apple user, I rely on the functionality of the Apple Pay for seamless transactions, and the current situation has severely impacted my ability to use this service effectively.
