unable to access funds

I am in arrears on my loan accounts with capitec bank . Now I have been blocked from accessing funds that are in my credit card, I recently had someone from one of the branches calling me and reminding me to make payments to the accounts and I made an arrangement with that person that payments will be made on the 9th of September. Right now I am sitting at home as I was unable to access money for my taxi fare to get to work & should I be dismissed it is fine as I will not be able to make payments on those loan accounts right?! Please note that since I did Capitec wrong by not paying them and they also did me wrong by blocking me from being able to access transport money, no payment will be made on the 9th.
