*****ulently opening business accounts for clients

I would give them no Stars. My account was paused when I went to the branch no one knew the reason. I called the business side of capitec just to be told I have a business account with them I never opened.. They claimed I did it online.. I asked who collected the bank card no responce I asked to see the documents used no responce I asked to see the consultant who opened the account no responce its over 2months battling with them I was told to go to the police to open a case I went 3times even called capitec and had the police talk to them but still nothing came from that call.. someone in capitec changed all my personal details and opened this account and now I'm left with no answers.. investigate ur staff because I want answers.. how do u open accounts online with poor security. How do people use accounts without banking cards?
