Yesterday I was requesting an Uber using my capitec account and it immediately took the fare and canceled the trip, it never refunded me back the money, I contacted Uber and I was told to contact myg bank for a refund, why does capitec do this, I've seen people complain and they were taken from pillar to post I need the refund ASAP
