*****ulent transaction and slack service.
Reported *****ulent transaction on Sunday night. Took more that 2 hours to speak to an agent. Eventually called the bank directly. Now the matter has been “escalated”. Transaction still pending. Bank informed me it will take 14-32 days for investigation and MAYBE I will get my money back.
