*****ulent bank transactions by compromised capitec

As a client of capitec they are pathetic I am a victim of ***** and a hacked account to the amount of R37000.00 they determined the case closed after a 2 minute phone call no proper investigation . No in app transactions push notifications were on my app No beneficiaries of the recipient accounts were there I am moving my money out you are pathetic no common courtesy case is closed based on people who are inadequately trained to handle these situations . I have the proof of this . Their systems were hacked or compromised and they want to blame the client I am taking this to the ombudsmen . Disgusting client services and are lack lustre in trying to procure straight answers on this .
