*****ulent Bank. Cannot be trusted

There was a *****ulent transaction on my capitec account. I tried reporting the matter to the bank but they told me that they cannot assist me as it was a card transaction using a pin meaning that i was there physically when the purchase was done. I was advised to go to the police station but Capitec was unable to give me the Merchant details were the purchase was done. Secondly my account went into a negative R800 when i asked why cause it have declined as i don't have an overdraft facility with them they could not answer my questions. Iv tried calling the complaints line several times and with no success as even spent 1 hour on hold.
