I Japelo Tube had a cash send that I did for myself,I did not send the c-number to anyone as I wanted to go withdraw it later for my personal use ND I didn't have my card with me,when I went to Capitec to draw it showed my cash send was redeemed in Capetown while I am in potchefstroom.

I laid a complain at Capitec and they told me there's nothing they can do if I am the one who did the cash send and it's not reversible since it was not paid into someone else's account so it's my loss they can't assist me. How can they tell me they can't help without even trying to investigate what happened,I am considering closing my account as the answer I got was not satisfying at all. Kindly assist to trace my money,R1980 it's a lot of money to just dissapear like that,please assist to investigate.
