****ty service of capitec bank

My name is Thandeka kgan****we from North west .I got roped from the Capitec ATM .and they ignored my problem.Capitec is big bank but doesn't care about their customers .they don't even have cameras in their ATM.their some of their staff are useless.I was roped three thousand rands.TheATM. has swallow my card so was that my problem.while I was waitng for their machine to give me my card back.********* were busy withdrawing my money from FNB ATM.if they had cameras they could have seen those ********* .I'm stil crying for my money .I regret being a Capitec client.Other banks make refunds I n that cases but Capite is a very useless bank.I wish everybody can see that before its too late.capitec is working with ********* to rope the poor people their money. My numbers *** if u want to contact me .I hate Capitec Bank with all my heart. They wil cal you as if they are going to do something better for you .but they will keep on asking you nonses.
