****ty bank, useless
Capitec has blocked my account for almost 3 years now even though I have submitted everything they have requested of me. This is a ****en ****ty bank. I'm reporting this to The Ombudsman. It's been 3 whole years of me trying to fix my account with no assistance. Yall are taking advantage of people ! I don't know why there's no option for 0 star, because that's exactly what they deserve, ZERO stars!
