Tsepang posholi

Earlier today, my fiance Mr Posholi went to withdraw an amount of R5000 at the capitec branch atms in Robertson quater shopping center. While standing on the cue awaiting his turn to withdraw, there were 3 males infront of him and a female behind him.

His turn came and he inserted his card and entered his pin as usual. While awaiting for the card and the money, the machine started making a beep sound and the money nor the card was being returned from the machine. He thereafter asked the lady that was behind him to check the atm while he rushed inside the branch to alert a consultant.

The consultant cane to check but there was no money nor the card.

Capitec informed him that there was nothing they can do, he should go and open the case.

The manner in which this branch handled the issue is extremely dissapointing as they offered non other than pithiness on their customer
