TRYING TO SETTLE AND NO HELP

I have been waiting for 3 weeks and nobody has bothered to help me. I lost my house and have no option but to settle the one loan I have with capitec at a lesser rate. I am now trying to offe 25K which is R8000 less than the balance owing and I was told when I took the loan that if I pay the loan faster it cancels off most of the interest. The loan is over a 18 month period and I am left with 14 months to pay of which I pay R3000 per month. I am offering to settle the loan after 4 months of taking this up as I have explained that R3000 is a lot of money and I need to lower my monthly expenses after I lost my home so I have asked for someone with authority to give me a small discount which comes up to R8K so I can settle at 25k TODAY!

After emailing, calling, etc I am still not getting someone with authority to help but instead of being a bank that takes people like me seriously who actually want to pay their bill as opposed to those who don't pay I am now convinced that this is the way in which you probably want people to suffer. i requested for this to be done asap BY MANAGEMENT not agents who have the nerve to put the phone down on me when I ask to speak to management
