Try to FICA for the last week unsuccesfully!!!

I have been trying to FICA my account for the last week with no success.<br> <br> I have been to several different branches to try and complete this, the staff are *********** every time that I go back they tell me that I need another document or something is wrong or I need a different form.. Why can't you tell me the first time what I need to complete in order for me to get my FICA done. <br> <br> And on top of all my struggles the last person to try and help me unsuccessfully told me that he cannot help me because I am not a domestic worker, for me this sounds like because your not black. What is the difference between my situation and that of a domestic worker? Like the domestic worker, I also need a letter stating that I reside on some one else residence. They will accept the domestic workers letter and not mine? Why? And who says that I am not a domestic worker. What if I am?<br> <br>
