What is so funny about this bank is the fact that they promised on HelloPeter to call me and solve a problem within 5 working days. It is actually the 5th day and no one has called me. Are you just writing this responses to show the people that you "care"? Knowing that you dont. Ive been waiting. Ive been calling the Complaints department. Still no one can help me. This is so nice coming from a trusted bank. What is going on.? We are not fools! All i want is SERVICE!!!

A consultant stopped me from switching banks promising me great service. All im getting is poor performance instead. No humanity. Nothing! Is it really about the people or just about a number on your unending list of customers?
