Triple debt order Web Africa! Capitec HORRIBLE!!!!

I am very very very unhappy with Capitec! 04 Jan 2025 unauthorized debt order went off for 719 for web africa,then again on 4 Feb 2025 and a third time 16 Feb 2025 a third unauthorized!!!I have logged and disputed it so many times,had to cancel my card now as web africa says it a Capitec problem but Capitec is not doing anything about it neither do they know what is going on.The only respond they will escalate it,as They also do and never come back to a person. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE DELIVERY would not advise anyone to join them as they just cant deliver and take money out of your account without your authority!!!!
