Treating your clients like ********s!

Capitec is so quick to offer loans, but do they tell people that if you dont qualify it does affect your credit scorring? No they dont! I have a understanding with my employer that my UIF and tax on my salary is not deducted, for more than a year now my salary ammount has reflected R24 150.00 with no change? When other ammounts were paid into my account that also reflects as a salary ammount (BESIDES MY R24 150.00) I had to provide letters from my employer that had to explain it? Why? My salary goes into my account every single month with the same ammount, that corresponds with my payslip with my salary without any deductions? If I got an ammount that was different every month I would agree that it would be odd?

but why do I have to explain myself or my arrangement with my employer at all to the staff at Hartbee****rt branch? I have moved my salary to ABSA bank now, yes I am not happy paying more on banking fee's, but the fact that capitec questions every thing on my account, and I have provide letters from my employer just got me to the point that my own banking institution after about 15 years treats me like I am *****ing from some one or that I have red flags on my account! I have just had it with the **** service and vile treatment.
