TREATED LIKE A *****

My name Moeketsi Simon Ntelekoa ID: ********** 287087, First and foremost I'm a loyal client of Capitec bank but the treatment I received from them lately is frustrating and questionable. I have been a paying client for almost 4years now and all my payments has been up to date, until the 11th October 2017 when I approached the bank to make an arrangement not to pay the full installment I have been paying. The reason being that where I work recently at Makro (Massmart) we were out on a two week national strike so it was not going to be possible for me to pay a full amount, hence I went to the bank and made an arrangement with them. Now this is where it becomes interesting when I asked the bank teller (Deliwe) here in Bloemfontein branch to check for me the status of my personal loan, to my surprise it appeared that Capitec has overcharged me by an extra month. Because according to my contract the last date of payment is 25th March 2018, however on the system of Capitec it showed last date of payment is April 2018 which raised a lot of questions. The teller brought this under the attention of their head office and spoke with (Xolani Sibiya) to investigate and indeed it was found that the fault was theirs, I had to wait for weeks before my arrangement can be concluded because it was parked pending investigations but they did not even bother to get back to me. Until I spoke with the lady by the name Takalani who is a team leader to make arrangement with, and she explained to me that the full amount R2100 will deducted but I will refunded the difference of R1200 because I have the arrangement of R700 to be deducted, indeed such was the case and I was happy. Until I get flooded with phone calls from different head offices of Capitec asking me when am I going to make necessary arrangements, I was flabbergasted and I told them there is an arrangement which I made with the team leader but they don't want to hear none of it as the phone calls kept on coming. First this banks overcharges me and secondly I'm harassed with this unnecessary phone calls, I'm in consultation with my lawyers now to address this matter.
