Treated like a ******** at Capitec bank

I went to Capitec bank to apply for a loan. The first step of the application went well until they asked me where do I work. I gave the lady the name of the company and the name appeared red on the screen. She then stood up and say she is coming back. Then minutes later a guy came to where I was being helped with my payslip in hand. He was speaking on the phone telling the person on the other side that the person who is trying to commit ***** works at so and so mentioning my place of employment. That is when I asked him what going on. And the guy said to me just sit there until the police arrive. Then the lady came back and started to explain that their system says that the company I work for does no longer exist. By that time I am fuming cauz the guy who spoke to me about me trying to commit ***** embarrased me in front of other customers. What can i do so that i get justice?
