Treated badly while I was traumatized

On the 6th of December I visited Capitec Bank the branch at Kemp Star Mall Kempton Park, my card got swollen by an ATM it was not long after the branch was closed but luckily they were still people inside. I went inside panicking and traumatized I got helped by the guy called Manqoba he gave me an Excellent Service, we tried to block my card on the self service machine but it kept on giving me an error message to cut the story short he asked the consultants to help me they said they’re closed and he begged one lady by the name of Enthia to help me block my card. The lady was not happy she gave me an attitude, when I asked questions about what needed for me to get a new card instead of explaining the things I’ll need to bring the next day since they’re already closed she kept on giving me bombastic side eye and replying me rudely that “opening a new card is not part of the agreement” I mean I wasn’t expecting to open a card they gave me a hard time to block a card, opening a new card was a job and half. I asked her why is she replying me rudely and giving me a bad eye instead of explaining the procedure so that I don’t come and go the next day she said “that’s her eyes” and made awful comments as I was leaving her desk. I was left shocked because a consultant can’t have a bad look towards the client claiming that’s her eyes but the eyes doesn’t roll when she speaks with her colleagues it only rolls when she speaks with clients, I think Capitec must send its consultant to customer service training now and then to learn how to speak and treat clients.
