Trauma after traumatic experience
Good day admin My name is Babalwa Sasanti, On the 26th of June 2019, I was ****** into my car at my block of flats and the ******s broke into my garage and car, took my wallet and in my wallet I had my card and ID no. As my pin is my date of birth. This happened around 23:55 the 26th of June till past 00:00 the 27th June 2019, they withdraw Ed and amount of about R8000 and something. When I woke up in the morning I saw these withdrawals and quickly went to the bank to stop the card. I got a call from the capitec head office saying they have seen that there was a lot of money that was withdrew from my account and asked if it was me, then I told them that I was ******. They said they will investigate the matter.. After 2 weeks or 3 weeks they came back to me and said they can't help or refund me my money because it could have been me who withdrew the money.. And there is nothing they can do. After a traumatic experience of being ****** and my car damaged and money taken from my account without my consent.. I could not get any help.. This matter was reported to the police and it is still under investigation at Humewood police station in P. E.. But my bank treated me like a culprit and I was and still not happy with how they handled the matter. I hope this matter can be resolved since I'm still struggling financial and trying to close the gap of the money that was ****** from me.. Please help.
Yours sincerely Babalwa Sasanti
