TRASHY STINKING ATTITUDE!!!

I received a phone call from a retarded agent at 12:30pm who was super rude to me when I asked her to slow down her pace so I can get her name. I am disgusted at how she spoke to me and just wonder how many other clients she has interacted with with such attitude. my GOD! Can someone please please please get in contact with me regarding this. She was call from MBD debt collectors. I have sent them and your department an email regarding this and I have not been responded to. What type of service is this????
