transferred money to someone by mistake

<p>Hello peter</p> <p>I transferred 2000 to the wrong unknown person via mobile banking in may 2016,now the bank has been holding this money as the person claimed to know Mr, when I complain they tell me to take this person to small claims yet I don't even know his last name and don't want to give out his details, I went to 3 branches still the people at the call centre says there's nothing they can do. Even now, they don't bother to assist me at all.</p>
