Transferred money can not be traced.
An amount of R5600 was transferred into an FNB account , we are yet to know where this money is . FNB has not received it and Capitec says that that it is a successful payment. Now do to the inadequate service. There s no support from Capitec to resolve the issue. So my point yes your fees are cheap but do the people of South Africa want to leave there money in the hands of a bank that lets their money go a stray. Basically that is what happening , Capitec says its all good and FNB says we have no record of such a transfer coming in. in this day and age who can afford R5600 to just be a mistake with no real answers.
