Transfer money from CAPITEC BANK to a Late Estate Account at ABSA.

As I said previously that I would never invest any money at CAPITEC, so I say again today two weeks later, when a wrote a review on "hello peter" . I am struggling to get money that is in a account at CAPITEC. This money belongs to my friend that passed away in April 2023. I am the only beneficiary of his estate & I do have power of attorney & I am the the executor of this estate. All the relevant documents was submitted by the lawyer to CAPITEC & still, they do not transfer the money of my late friend to the Late Estate Account of my friend. After my last review on "hello peter", This bank contacted me, & told me that they still need the smart ID front & back of the lawyer. For a fact I know that all this relevant documents was submitted time & time again but still, the money is at CAPITEC. Meanwhile, while CAPITEC refuse to transfer this money to my friend Late Estate Account, so that this estate can be finelised, I as the beneficiary of his estate still have to scramble around every month to generate money to pay certain bills like the municipal & assurance of the house. A year & 3 months later, it is still a battle to get CAPITEC BANK to transfer this money to the Late Estate Account of my friend. I realy don't know what to do further to regarding this problem. Absolutely no use to go to any local branches of CAPITEC. I tried several times in two different towns without any success. Kind regards. Helpless
