Transfer mone 2 wrong number

<p>on the 16 October I transfer money to wrong number via *120*3279# service , I called in the money whas block they said and wil try to get the persone so that that person can send the money back .sibe they do not get the person on any number and can not reverse the money whtout athourity . If I gave athourity for the money to go out of my account to that one why can I not also give athourty so reverse the money back coz it's mine and I instructed the bank to send it there ref Nom: ********** 095</p>
