TRANSFER FUNDS INTERNATIONAL

Good Day

I had to make a payment using my APP to an international bank .My app didn't give me any other options. I went to Protea Glen branch i was told that Capitec receives international but you can't transfer to a international account.

I was told to go to Standard Bank I don't even have an account with them. So i went Standard Bank i was told to open an account and transfer my funds. I so disappointed with Capitec that it couldn't help me yet I'm an account holder. I'm sent pillar to post. I had to download pay Pal for me to make a transfer.

Can Capitec give an option for us to transfer International funds. As Im a Capitec account holder.
