Transction cancelled by Bank No money
Today morning I did a cash withdrawal of R2000 at the Braamfontein capitec bank ATM AT 06.57. I could see that the machine WAS taking longer than normal but I couldn’t cancel because I already received notification that money out.
It showed on the screen that transection cancelled by Bank.

Please assist with investigating what went wrong.
