Transaction not processed

I'm disappointed in Capitec, I've made two transaction dated 09 Jan 2020, up to today they still pending, when I check my statement it say "Transactions not yet processed on your account", my money is just hanging there. I asked them to either release it to where it was supposed to go and if they can't release it then they must send it back to my account, but they say they can't help me, called several time but no help up to now. Thinking of closing shop one time.
