***** transaction

I'm not quite happy about the service I got from the consultant of capitec bank. I went there today because there was transaction that happened on the 3rd December 2023 of which I didn't approve. I went to the branch in Thabong Mall Sebokeng. When I got there they told they can't assist me since the payment is hanging between MTN and Capitec when I requested for refund. They told me I must go to MTN and request for Refund of which I went there and they couldn't help. The consultant at MTN says Capitec is Responsible for refund. Capitec didn't block my lost card and the people who was busy with transaction used my old card details and pin how possible those people know my pin number. And they said something that is suspicious that my account was blocked 2001 of which I didn't have account that year. I need help please assist with my refund
