TRACKER DEDUCTION MUST BE REVERSED DEBIT ORDER CANCELLED

Good day Capitec an Unauthorized Deduction of Tracker was made from my account of R 993 will you please be so kind as to reverse this as they was already paid R 400 out of the R 993 i pay them EFT due to double deductions in the past the debit order musg be cancelled as there is an EFT arrangement
