Tracing ****

Am Nthabeleng Regina Sello ***/*** On the 06/05/2019 i deposited the money of the amount R32 000. To Encore Autos as i was buying a car of R70 880. And they gave me a discount of R8000. Whereby the car has to be R62 880. And they asked me to pay 50% upfront, i did so as i deposited the amount of R32 000. To their Capitec Account, i find out after 3 months that, that was a ****, i did go to Capitec Matatiele asking them to trace the person for me, the person who was helping me that i forget his name, h esaid i have to open a case to Police station, i did so amd when am buy the coloured lady that was helping me said they cant do anuthing regarding that, i must consider Hello peter, i did so also but they didnt help me till today, paperwork and every document that Encore Autos send me and deposit slips i keepted them even now. Please advice
