Toxic arrogance

Since my complaint, I have learned that the abrupt staff member at Capitec Northmead is the branch manager. Although the lady at head office who is dealing with the complaint, and the regional manager, are very polite and professional, the absence of an apology from this manager is evidence of her attitude of selfimportance and selfrighteousness.
